Staff Nurse

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of patients to understand their needs and medical histories.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient goals and abilities.
• Implement therapeutic techniques
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
• Keep detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide emotional support to patients, offering encouragement and empathy through their recovery process.
• Ensure that equipment and therapy spaces are maintained according to health and safety standards.
• Stay updated on the latest therapies, treatments, and research in the field.
