Homewatch CareGivers of Loudoun provides care for individuals in their own homes through a team of caregivers, including Certified Nurse Aides, Personal Care Assistants, Companions, and Licensed Nursing Professionals.
You own a critical function that impacts both our clients and our team. You build strong relationships, identify high-quality caregivers and clinicians, and take pride in matching the right people to the right roles. Each day, you see the results of your work through a fully staffed schedule and a dependable team, while continuously strengthening an efficient and effective recruiting process.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring Execution
· Own the full-cycle recruitment process for caregivers and licensed clinical staff (e.g., CNAs, PCAs, Companions, LPNs, and RNs)
· Partner with management to forecast hiring needs by role, schedule, skill level, and geography
· Conduct candidate screening and interviews (phone, virtual and in-person), including role-specific evaluation for clinical positions
· Extend offers in alignment with compensation guidelines
· Coordinate and complete background checks, reference checks, credential verification, and pre-employment requirements
· Schedule and coordinate new employee orientations, ensuring readiness and participation
· Ensure all onboarding steps are completed accurately and on time, including licensure verification for clinical staff
Pipeline Development & Sourcing
· Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified caregiver and nursing candidates
· Identify and implement effective sourcing strategies (job boards, referrals, schools, community outreach, and professional networks)
· Build relationships with both entry-level caregivers and experienced licensed professionals
· Continuously test and refine recruiting approaches to improve results across all service lines
Recruiting Operations & Accountability
· Track and manage recruiting activity, including applications, interviews, hires, and conversion rates by role type
· Maintain accurate and organized candidate records, including documentation of licenses and certifications
· Monitor performance against hiring targets and adjust strategies as needed
· Manage recruiting-related expenses within budget
Team Coordination
· Participate in regular team meetings to align hiring priorities with operational and clinical needs
· Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure appropriate screening and selection of skilled nursing staff
· Coordinate with office staff to ensure smooth transition from hiring to active scheduling
Qualifications
· Demonstrated reliability and consistent performance in prior roles
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through
· Professional, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information appropriately
· Prior experience in recruiting, customer service, healthcare, or administrative roles preferred; equivalent skills and aptitude considered
Reports to: Director of Operations
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
