Job Summary:

Due to the nature of patient care and cultural considerations, this role involves working with patients who may request female nurses. Applicants who are female and meet the qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform initial patient evaluations and develop personalized care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage wound care effectively.
• Support diagnostic procedures and assist with medical testing as required.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, disease management, and medication adherence.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and clinical documentation.
• Adhere to healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Deliver compassionate care while providing emotional support to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE Registered Nurse license/ Eligibility Letter approved by DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a medical facility.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
