Home Care Nurse / Caregiver / Assisted-Living Support (Varma Cares)

We’re scaling our eldercare delivery model and onboarding top-tier care talent to accelerate service excellence across home nursing and assisted living. This role directly impacts our customer experience at the point of care—where trust, empathy, and operational discipline converge.

Key Outcomes

• Execute patient-centric care workflows with zero deviation: vitals monitoring, medication administration, documentation, escalation.

• Deliver assisted-living support: hygiene care, mobility assistance, feeding support, companionship, and daily routine management.

• Own the bedside experience—drive emotional comfort, reduce isolation, maintain dignity.

• Maintain continuous data capture through daily logs and ensure proactive communication with the Varma Cares operations hub.

• Uphold safety, hygiene, and compliance standards as per care protocols.

Candidate Requirements

• Nursing track: BSc Nursing / GNM / ANM with 2–4 years of clinical or home care experience.

• Caregiver track: Prior caregiving or hospital bystander exposure preferred.

• High resilience, stamina, people skills, and emotional intelligence.

• PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) or willingness to initiate immediately.

• Openness to structured training, learning loops, and process-driven execution.

Engagement Model

• Pay bandwidth: ₹15,307 – ₹30,000/month (role + shift + performance linked).

• Contract: 12-month engagement.

• Shift architecture: 12-hour or 24-hour care delivery.

• Minimum weekly commitment: 50 hours.
