Key Responsibilities

Assist walk-in customers with product recommendations

Drive sales and achieve monthly targets

Maintain visual merchandising and store standards

Coordinate order processing and provide post-sales support

Prepare daily sales and customer interaction reports

Requirements

Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in home décor or interior styling

Bachelor’s degree in any stream

Willing to work in rotational shifts (6 days a week with 1 weekly off)
