Summary

We are seeking a HHA/CNA to join our team at Guided Living Senior Home Care. In this role, you will provide essential support to seniors in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being. Your contributions will be vital in helping us maintain our commitment to high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for seniors.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment by performing light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Lift or transfer patients safely using proper techniques.

Requirements

• Current CNA license or Home Health Aide certificate
• Experience in senior care of 1 year minimum or related fields is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach towards patients.
• Ability to lift patients safely and assist with mobility needs.
• Familiarity with medical documentation practices is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is essential.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
