Home Health Aide & Caregiver

Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides and Caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care to individuals with diverse needs. The ideal candidates will possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for their clients through attentive, respectful, and personalized care. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with clients in their homes or community settings, supporting their health, safety, and independence. Candidates with experience in senior care, assisted living, or long-term care environments will find this position particularly rewarding. All positions are paid and require a professional approach to caregiving.

Duties

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Monitor and document patient observations such as vital signs, medication adherence, and overall health status
• Provide specialized care for individuals
• Prepare nutritious meals while accommodating dietary restrictions and medical guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by assisting with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing client spaces.
• Document all care activities accurately in medical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care plans in home or community settings.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being and social engagement for clients with disabilities or chronic conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation, vehicle insurance, and Drivers license
• Prior experience working in home health care, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or hospice environments is highly desirable.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities requiring specialized attention is preferred..
• Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and reporting changes in condition promptly.
• Compassionate attitude combined with excellent communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients and their families.

Pay: $15.15 - $16.15 per hour
