Home Care Alternatives is currently seeking caregivers to help clients in their homes with daily tasks including but not limited to; personal care, housekeeping, errands/transportation, laundry & etc.

We have clients in Ingham, Eaton & Clinton counties!

What We Are Looking For

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred BUT not required
• Compassion towards others
• Great customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic cooking skills to prepare nutritious meals for clients
• Somebody who is not afraid to jump in & clean!

Must-Have Requirements

• Must be at least 18yrs old
• Valid Drivers License
• Reliable transportation with insurance
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

What Daily Tasks Can Look Like

• Assist with activities of daily living; bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Ensuring clients safety
• Prepare and serve meals
• Perform light housekeeping duties; cleaning and organizing the clients home
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
