Home Health Aide (HHA)

**Overview:** We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to patients in their homes. **Duties:** - Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Provide companionship and emotional support to patients - Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements - Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients - Help with mobility assistance, including transferring and lifting patients - Follow care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals **Experience:** - Experience in senior care or home care is preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices - Ability to maintain medical documentation accurately - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality - Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare providers Joining our team as a Home Health Aide offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.
