Home Health Aides (CNA's) , RN's & LVN-PRN needed for Lake Jackson & Freeport Areas *Spanish Speaking, but not required *

• Responsible for clinical duties for clients assigned to their care
• Follows the patient Plan of Care
• Responsible to adhere to client's Plan of Care as ordered by the MD
• Performs complete physical assessment of assigned clients
• Responsible for timely completion and submission of clinical documentations
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
• Must be licensed in the State of Texas and have at least 2 years of Home Health experience and at least 2 years of clinic/hospital experience
• Bilingual
• Home Health must have knowledge of Oasis
• IV Therapy a PLUS
• Wound Vac Knowledge a PLUS

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $31,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
