Home Health CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant

Tippecanoe County

8–24 Hours Per Week (8a-5p) | Mileage Reimbursement

We are seeking a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who is passionate about helping patients maintain independence and quality of life through personalized care in the home.

What You’ll Do

As a Home Health CNA, you will provide hands-on support and compassionate care to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

  • Supporting patients with safe transfers and positioning

  • Monitoring patient condition and reporting changes to the supervising nurse

  • Providing companionship and emotional support to patients and families

  • Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for patients

  • Documenting care provided according to company standards

Qualifications

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Compassionate, patient-focused attitude

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, or support up to 50 pounds, including assisting with patient transfers

  • Reliable transportation to travel between patient homes
