Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with Private pay clients, discharge planners, social workers, doctors offices, surgical centers, and developing strategic plans to enhance our market presence. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills. We also pay salary and commission.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to manage client relationships and track sales progress.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Experience

  • Proven experience in business development or a related field is essential.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of strategic planning, sales processes, negotiation techniques, and project management principles.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
