Home Health Nurse

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled female Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with 2 or more years of pediatric experience to join our dedicated home care team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Russian, Polish, or Ukrainian and passionate about providing high-quality, family-centered care to children with complex medical needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting
• Administer medications and feedings via G-tube safely and accurately
• Manage oxygen therapy and maintain equipment as needed
• Implement and monitor seizure precautions, ensuring patient safety at all times
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure the highest quality of care
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with agency and state requirements

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Illinois
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric nursing experience required
• Proficiency in Russian, Polish, or Ukrainian (speaking and understanding)
• Experience with oxygen administration, seizure management, and G-tube feeding/medication administration
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to family and child needs
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Must be able to travel to Niles, IL

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $41.79 - $50.33 per hour
