Full-Time | In-Person Only | $28 per hour
Family and Friends Homecare, a trusted and growing homecare agency in Lakewood, Colorado, is looking for a reliable and experienced Office Manager to join our team. This full-time, in-person position plays a key role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and supports both caregivers and clients.
Oversee day-to-day office operations
Lead caregiver recruitment: post jobs, conduct interviews, and hire
Onboard new staff and maintain employee records
Support employee evaluations and HR compliance
Respond to client inquiries and coordinate new client onboarding
Build relationships with referral sources and assist with basic sales outreach
Work closely with our Owner, Administrator, Care Coordinator, and Scheduler
Minimum 5 years of experience in a homecare office (REQUIRED)
Experience in HR, including interviewing and onboarding
Strong organizational and communication skills
Friendly, team-oriented, and detail-focused
Sales or client service experience is helpful but not required
Schedule: Monday – Friday (full-time)
Location: In-person at our Lakewood, CO office
$28 per hour
