Homecare Office Manager

Family and Friends Homecare – Lakewood, CO
Full-Time | In-Person Only | $28 per hour

Family and Friends Homecare, a trusted and growing homecare agency in Lakewood, Colorado, is looking for a reliable and experienced Office Manager to join our team. This full-time, in-person position plays a key role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and supports both caregivers and clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations

  • Lead caregiver recruitment: post jobs, conduct interviews, and hire

  • Onboard new staff and maintain employee records

  • Support employee evaluations and HR compliance

  • Respond to client inquiries and coordinate new client onboarding

  • Build relationships with referral sources and assist with basic sales outreach

  • Work closely with our Owner, Administrator, Care Coordinator, and Scheduler

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a homecare office (REQUIRED)

  • Experience in HR, including interviewing and onboarding

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Friendly, team-oriented, and detail-focused

  • Sales or client service experience is helpful but not required

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday (full-time)

  • Location: In-person at our Lakewood, CO office

Pay

  • $28 per hour
