Position Summary
We’re looking for a results-driven Recruiter to hire CNAs and RNs weekly, manage onboarding, and keep hiring pipelines full. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metric-driven healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruiting for CNAs, RNs, and healthcare staff
- Post and manage jobs on hiring platforms
- Screen, interview, and hire candidates weekly to meet staffing goals
- Track and report recruiting metrics (applications, interviews, hires)
- Coordinate and lead new hire orientations
- Manage onboarding: I-9s, background checks, certifications, and compliance docs
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance
- Support employee engagement and retention efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelors or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience (healthcare preferred)
- Experience hiring high-volume roles (CNA/RN strongly preferred)
- Strong organization and ability to meet weekly hiring goals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with onboarding systems and HR compliance

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
