Position Summary
We’re looking for a results-driven Recruiter to hire CNAs and RNs weekly, manage onboarding, and keep hiring pipelines full. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metric-driven healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting for CNAs, RNs, and healthcare staff
• Post and manage jobs on hiring platforms
• Screen, interview, and hire candidates weekly to meet staffing goals
• Track and report recruiting metrics (applications, interviews, hires)
• Coordinate and lead new hire orientations
• Manage onboarding: I-9s, background checks, certifications, and compliance docs
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance
• Support employee engagement and retention efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience (healthcare preferred)
• Experience hiring high-volume roles (CNA/RN strongly preferred)
• Strong organization and ability to meet weekly hiring goals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with onboarding systems and HR compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
