What You’ll Do

As an RN Case Manager, you are the quarterback of the patient’s care team. You will:

• Perform initial assessments and develop comprehensive plans of care.

• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and family members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide high-quality clinical interventions in the comfort of the patient’s home.

• Utilize our AI scribe technology to maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• License: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington.

• Experience: At least one year of clinical nursing experience (Home Health experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person).

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile devices and open to utilizing AI tools to streamline your workflow.

• Heart: A passion for the Spokane community and a desire to provide "white-glove" service to our neighbors.
