Your Role as a Home Health RN
-
Perform comprehensive patient assessments in the home setting
-
Develop and manage individualized care plans
-
Provide skilled nursing care and patient/caregiver education
-
Administer treatments and monitor patient condition

Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed

Complete accurate, timely documentation using streamlined tools

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Home health experience preferred, but not required
