As a Home Improvement Appointment Setter, you will play a vital role in connecting potential customers with our expert services. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with homeowners, understand their needs, and schedule appointments for our skilled professionals to provide tailored solutions. You’ll leverage your communication skills and sales expertise to create meaningful connections that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our home improvement services and generating interest.
  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of customer information.
  • Conduct warm calls to follow up with leads, ensuring they have all the information needed to make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to address customer inquiries and overcome objections while maintaining a positive rapport.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and responding promptly to their questions or concerns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions during calls.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in telemarketing or inside sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Preferred qualifications

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development through outbound calling and marketing initiatives.
