- Develop new business opportunities for home loans through builders, real estate agents, corporates, housing societies & referral networks.
- Acquire high-quality leads by conducting field visits, local market mapping, and participation in property events & exhibitions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure a consistent and long-term lead pipeline.
- Identify potential builder tie-ups and negotiate partnerships to generate exclusive sourcing rights.
- Promote balance transfer, top-up & LAP cross-sell opportunities to maximize product penetration and revenue.
- Conduct product presentations & awareness sessions with partners and customer groups for business conversion.
- Share competitor insights (interest rates, schemes, builder partnerships, turnaround time) to management for strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with sales, credit & operations teams to ensure smooth processing and faster sanction turnaround time.
- Support channel partners during login & documentation to improve approval rates and reduce rejections.
- Track lead funnel from sourcing to disbursement and ensure timely follow-ups to increase conversion ratio.
- Prepare weekly & monthly MIS reports on sourcing performance, partner output, pipeline status & conversion rates.
- Execute local promotional activities to increase brand presence and sourcing visibility in assigned territory.
- Monitor partner productivity and ensure consistent engagement through regular visits, incentives, and communication.
- Achieve monthly business targets across login, sanction, and disbursement parameters.
- Ensure adherence to compliance & documentation norms while onboarding customers via partners.
