The Home Loan Executive is responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and servicing customers seeking home loans. The role involves building strong customer relationships, generating leads through multiple channels, coordinating with internal teams for loan processing, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source potential customers interested in purchasing or refinancing home loans.
  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, references, real estate agents, builders, and marketing campaigns.
  • Explain home loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
  • Collect and verify customer documents and ensure timely submission for loan processing.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth loan disbursal.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan disbursements and lead conversions.
  • Maintain relationships with builders, developers, and property consultants for business tie-ups.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure post-disbursement follow-ups as needed.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and regulatory requirements in the housing finance sector.
