- Identify potential home loan customers through field visits, market mapping & reference networks
- Source business from builders, real estate brokers, property dealers & housing societies
- Create and maintain daily lead pipeline for steady business flow
- Explain loan features, rates, tenure, processing fees & eligibility clearly to customers
- Conduct basic eligibility checks like income, property type & credit score before document collection
- Collect KYC, income papers & property documents and hand over to operations for verification
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical & legal verification follow-ups
- Assist customers during property site visits, valuation & legal clarification
- Track application status and update customers at every stage until sanction & disbursement
- Maintain strong relationships with builders, channel partners & DSAs to ensure repeat leads
- Execute field activities & promotional campaigns at project sites to increase enquiries
- Resolve customer queries to ensure smooth onboarding & turnaround time
- Maintain a daily activity report of visits, leads generated, and conversions
- Achieve monthly sourcing, approval & disbursement targets as assigned
- Provide market intelligence on competitor loan rates, builder tie-ups & customer expectations
- Ensure 100% adherence to KYC, documentation, compliance and company policies
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage balance transfer & top-up business opportunities
- Support after-sales relationship for post-disbursement services when required
