Role We are eager to discuss the prospect of you joining our team as our

other team members and key stakeholders to provide Incredible Customer

Experiences of your own! Duties and responsibilities may include: Daily

processing of mortgage applications for refinance and purchase

transactions for conventional loans such as Fannie and Freddie, vacant

land, HELOC, Home Equity loans, renewals, construction, and government

loans such as Rural Development, FHA, VA, and WHEDA. Understands

underwriting conditions and obtains documentation to satisfy conditions

for a seamless underwriting experience that provides ICE and meets our

twenty-day close expectations. Orders verification of employment, tax

transcripts, loan payoffs, and private mortgage insurance. Monitors and

maintains accurate investor and portfolio in-process pipelines, and

uploads documents through investor portals. Responsible for compliance,

accuracy, and integrity of loan origination system (LOS) as it relates

to all loan processing activities and supporting documentation. Partners

with the title company to obtain the borrowers fees, sellers fees, and

balance with their funding amount. Prepares closing disclosures to

provide to the borrower within the timing requirement prior to closing.

Prepares closing documents, which includes vesting, legal description,

and parcel numbers. Completes the booking sheet, runs general ledger

entries, and funds the title company. Coordinate loan transactions with

third parties such as appraisers, title companies, real estate agents,

and attorneys, etc. Daily processing of workout loan applications for

renewals and modifications. Partners with mortgage sales and operational

staff to continually improve efficiencies in the mortgage processing and

closing procedures. Organizes and leads weekly pipeline reviews with

assigned mortgage loan officer. This is a regular full-time hourly

non-exempt position, averaging approximately 40 hours/week. Schedule may

vary between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm CST Monday through Friday.

qualifications are: Associate degree from accredited college or

university; or a m nimum of 2-3 years related experience and/or

training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in

mortgage operations (processing, closing, or quality control) or sales

Related Experience Required. Knowledge Of Secondary Market (Fannie,

Freddie), government (FHA & VA), as well as non-QM/portfolio mortgage

Programs Preferred. Experience With Loan Origination System(s),

Encompass, preferred but not required. Ability to communicate both

orally and written in a professional manner. Ability to work under
