- Drive home loan business through team management, lead generation and channel development to achieve monthly sales & disbursement targets.
- Recruit, train & guide sales executives / channel partners / DSAs to ensure consistent sourcing pipeline.
- Develop strong relationships with builders, property dealers & real estate networks for steady business inflow.
- Monitor daily field activities of the sourcing team and track lead funnel from enquiry to disbursement.
- Conduct joint field visits & customer meetings to support conversions and improve approval rate.
- Ensure timely collection and verification of documents while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Review sales performance metrics (lead generation, login, sanction, disbursement) and implement improvement plans.
- Maintain market intelligence regarding competitors’ pricing, schemes, builder tie-ups and customer trends.
- Coordinate closely with credit, operations, and disbursement teams for faster TAT and minimal bottlenecks.
- Drive product mix including balance transfer, top-up & related insurance offerings to increase revenue.
- Resolve customer escalations & service issues to uphold customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, KYC, documentation & regulatory norms in all sourcing activities.
- Prepare weekly & monthly MIS reports and share performance updates with management.
- Create local marketing & field activation plans to boost brand visibility and lead flow.
- Monitor builder project approvals, technical/legal clearance status and align sales accordingly.
