Home Nurse - DHA Liscense Preferred

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Home Nurse to provide personalized healthcare services to patients in the comfort of their homes. The ideal candidate will have a DHA license or eligibility and experience in home care, ensuring high standards of patient care and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients at their residence as per the care plan.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor patient health conditions and vital signs regularly.
• Assist with mobility, personal hygiene, and daily activities.
• Educate patients and family members on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and report any changes in health condition.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid DHA license or DHA eligibility letter (Preferred).
• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a home care nurse or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of patient care practices and medical protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to details.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with elderly care, palliative care, or post-surgical care.
• Knowledge of home medical equipment (IV, catheter care, wound dressing).
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or emergencies.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
