Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction disciplines and a passion for transforming spaces. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for executing renovation projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and adhering to safety standards. This role requires proficiency in multiple areas of construction and the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.

Responsibilities

• Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, including residential and commercial spaces.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on design and materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate implementation.
• Perform various construction tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, drywall installation, and painting.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with subcontractors as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality.

Skills

• Proficient in Bluebeam for project management and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles.
• Experience in construction estimating for accurate budgeting.
• Familiarity with plumbing systems and electrical installations.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform concrete forming, plastering, carpentry, roofing, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry, flooring installation, tile laying, cabinet installation, door hanging, glass installation, concrete finishing, restoration techniques, hardscape design, welding practices, and fabrication processes.
