Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and caring Home Room Teacher to support students’ academic, social, and emotional development. The ideal candidate will create a positive classroom environment, guide students throughout the school day, and serve as a key point of communication between the school and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a homeroom class effectively
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment
• Monitor student attendance, behavior, and overall well-being
• Support students with organization, routines, and study habits
• Communicate regularly with parents and school staff
• Collaborate with subject teachers and school administration
• Assist with school activities, assemblies, and events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• Teaching certification (preferred or required, depending on school policy)
• Previous teaching or classroom experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Passion for working with children and supporting their growth
