Academic Coordinator – Pre-Primary

We are seeking a passionate and child-centric Academic Coordinator – Pre-Primary to lead and mentor teachers from Nursery to UKG. The role focuses on ensuring joyful, developmentally appropriate learning aligned with NEP 2020 and Foundational Stage goals.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activity-based learning

Mentor and support Pre-Primary teachers in classroom practices and lesson planning

Ensure effective integration of play-based, experiential, and multi-sensory learning

Monitor student progress through observation, portfolios, and developmental checklists

Coordinate events, celebrations, and parent engagement programs

Maintain academic documentation and compliance with school standards

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate / Post-Graduate with NTT / ECCEd / Montessori / Early Years certification

Minimum 5 years of Pre-Primary teaching experience, with leadership exposure preferred

Strong understanding of child development and early years pedagogy

Excellent communication, mentoring, and organisational skills
