Job description:

Location: Padur & Neelankarai

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary teacher for a specific grade (typically in Primary or Elementary School)
• Teach core subjects such as English, Math, Environmental Science, or others based on the curriculum
• Maintain a classroom environment that is safe, inclusive, and conducive to learning
• Monitor and support the emotional, social, and academic development of each student
• Maintain daily attendance, records, and student progress reports
• Communicate regularly with parents about student performance, behavior, and any concerns
• Plan and conduct classroom activities, celebrations, and events
• Collaborate with subject teachers and coordinators to ensure curriculum alignment
• Implement school policies, classroom management techniques, and positive discipline
• Prepare students for assessments and participate in evaluation and reporting processes
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, workshops, and school functions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
