Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Support the overall development of children – cognitive, emotional, social, and physical

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with a diploma/certification in Early Childhood Education or Montessori (preferred)
• Prior experience in a pre-primary/early childhood teaching role
• Strong communication skills in English
• Creative, patient, and child-friendly personality
