As a local, family-owned, and veteran-operated company, we are looking for a Home Service Scheduler who will serve as our operational hub. Working under the direction of the Operations Manager, you will be the "Air Traffic Controller" ensuring our technicians are in the right place, at the right time, with the right information.

Your Mission

Reporting to the Operations Manager in our Lakewood office, you will manage the daily heartbeat of our field operations.

• Calendar Optimization: Execute high-level scheduling for a multi-trade business. You aren't just filling slots; you are puzzles-solving to ensure the right technician is matched to the right job type.
• Service Titan Command: Use Service Titan to manage multiple screens, handle heavy phone traffic, and maintain a real-time view of field execution.
• Quality Control & Intuition: Review job information to ensure every work order has the necessary details for a smooth execution. You must have the intuition to flag potential issues for leadership before they reach the field.
• Front Range Navigation: Use your knowledge of Colorado neighborhoods and traffic patterns to route technicians logically, minimizing wasted time on the road.

Primary Role Performance Metrics

• Technician Efficiency: Minimize unbilled time and drive time through aggressive routing logic.
• Data Integrity: Maintain 100% accuracy in job notes and scheduling details within Service Titan.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and flag scheduling conflicts or resource gaps at least 24–48 hours in advance.

Who We Are Looking For

We hire on values first, but this role requires a specific "tech-adept" edge. You should be someone who loves the "high-stakes" nature of a busy office and enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced environment.

The Essentials:

• Software Savvy: Advanced technology adeptness is crucial. You must be comfortable managing multiple screens and typing while handling phone calls.
• Service Titan Expertise: Previous experience with Service Titan is a very strong plus.
• Colorado Geography: Deep familiarity with Lakewood, the Front Range, and Denver-area neighborhoods is highly preferred to aid in routing.
• Independent Judgment: While the platform provides data, you must be able to apply independent judgment to settle conflicts and prioritize high-value jobs.
• Full-Time Commitment: This is an hourly, full-time position (Monday through Friday) based in our Lakewood office.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
