Charlotte, NC | Full-Time | Starting at $25/hour

Hunter Window Cleaning is a local, family-owned company serving Charlotte since 1996. We provide high-quality exterior home services including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and we are expanding into artificial turf cleaning.

We are growing and looking for immediate candidates to join our team. We are also interested in building a strong applicant pool for future growth and development within the company.

This is a full-time Monday through Friday position, with opportunities for additional hours during peak seasons, including spring and holiday periods.

What we are looking for:

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a crew
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Not afraid of heights
• Able to safely handle and maneuver large ladders
• Physically capable of performing hands-on exterior service work
• Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work
• Valid driver’s license required
• Good driving record preferred

Most of our work is residential and typically no higher than two stories, often in some of Charlotte’s most established neighborhoods where customers value professionalism, care, and detail. While most work is outdoors, some interior work is also involved when cleaning windows inside customer homes.
