More Décor is a residential interior design and home staging company serving Western Washington. We stage homes throughout the region—from Olympia to Edmonds and across the Eastside

Our work is design-driven, collaborative and fast-paced. We stage 4–5 homes per week and take pride in creating spaces that feel intentional, elevated and market-ready.

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on team member to join our staging team. This is an entry-level role with the opportunity to grow into all aspects of home staging and design execution.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, has an eye for design and thrives in a team environment where initiative and problem-solving are valued.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare inventory and furnishings for upcoming staging projects
• Install staging in occupied and vacant homes (furniture, art, lighting, décor)
• Execute detailed finishing work including styling, and final placement
• De-staging homes and returning inventory to the warehouse
• Work on-site across multiple locations throughout Western Washington
• Collaborate with team members to execute staging plans efficiently and thoughtfully

• Interest in interior design, home styling or real estate
• Ability to take direction while also thinking independently and solving problems in real time
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented and organized

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required; must be comfortable driving a company van)
• Ability to lift and move bins and boxes of décor (this is a physical role)
• Availability during standard weekday working hours (staging days require full-day commitments)

Pay: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour
