Eastside, Seattle and Surrounding Areas
Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00/Hour DOE
Employment Type: Full Time
Are you a creative, high energy staging or interior design professional who loves transforming spaces? Do you enjoy turning homes into beautifully curated, luxury, market ready showstoppers?
If you love design, furniture, styling, and seeing a vision come to life in real time, this could be the perfect role for you.
We are looking for talented Home Stagers and Interior Stylists who can confidently step into projects and help create stunning interiors that elevate each home and attract buyers.
We are a fast paced luxury home staging company based in Kirkland, proudly serving the Eastside and Greater Seattle area. Our team specializes in creating elevated, cohesive spaces that help homes stand out in the market.
As our company continues to grow, we are looking for designers who are passionate about staging and excited to work in a collaborative, creative environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and prefers an active day over sitting at a desk.
This is not a desk position. Time is spent both planning staging projects in the warehouse and installing and styling homes in the field.
Important: This position requires prior staging or interior design experience. Minimal training is provided, so candidates must be comfortable designing and staging independently while collaborating with the team.
Designers on our team collaborate on the creative direction of each staging project from the initial home preview through the final install. This includes previewing homes, walking properties with the team, discussing design direction, measuring rooms, and planning furniture layouts before staging day. Our designers rotate creative leadership depending on the project. Some days you may help lead the layout and design direction, while other days you may support another designer’s vision. Regardless of the role for that project, all team members are equally involved in the hands on work of staging. This includes pulling art, accessories, pillows, bedding, and décor from the warehouse, installing and styling rooms, and ensuring the final space feels cohesive, elevated, and market ready. Designers in this role should have a strong understanding of scale, proportion, layout, and flow, and be able to make thoughtful styling decisions that enhance the home and appeal to the target buyer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and hands on aspects of design and takes pride in transforming spaces into beautiful, photo ready homes. Important: Home staging is fast paced and physically active. Designers are involved in both the creative planning and the physical installation of every project.
