Home Staging Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking an experience Home Staging Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 year minimum STAGING HOMES, possess a strong eye for detail, excellent project management as well as communications skills.

***Candidates without experience in Home Staging will not be considered***

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive home staging concepts that align with client goals and market trends
• Select color schemes, lighting solutions, furniture, and decor elements based on the specific property needs
• Keep inventory lists updated in StageForce
• Assist with the inventory loading and unloading
• On Site Installation of inventory and accessorizing
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
• Oversee the installation process, ensuring that staging elements meet quality standards and client expectations
• Conduct site visits for assessment, measurement, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle
• And more.

Requirements

• Proven experience in home staging Portfolio of completed projects
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects from concept through completion
• Excellent communication skills
• A keen eye for aesthetics combined with practical knowledge of space planning and story telling
• Spanish a plus
