This on-site role supports foundational literacy, numeracy and social-development milestones for nursery and 1st standard students at their home on/near Birla Mandir, Vrindavan Road, Radha Puram, Mathura (Uttar Pradesh).

Primary job title: Home Tutor — Nursery & Grade 1 (On-site)

Role & Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging lessons in reading, phonics, basic math, oral language and pre-writing skills for nursery and Grade 1 students.
• Create weekly lesson plans and short-term learning goals tailored to each child’s ability, learning pace and parental priorities.
• Use play-based activities, visual aids and hands-on resources to build foundational numeracy and literacy skills and sustain attention.
• Assess progress through simple formative checks, maintain progress records, and share clear, constructive updates with parents.
• Manage a safe, tidy and distraction-minimized home learning environment; adapt materials for individual needs and maintain punctuality for on-site sessions.
• Coordinate with parents on homework reinforcement, routines and behaviour strategies to ensure continuity between sessions.
