Position: Homecare Nurse
Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi / Sharjah – UAE

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Homecare Nurses to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The role involves delivering personalized medical care, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting patients and families to ensure comfort, safety, and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients at home in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, wound care, and catheter care
• Monitor vital signs and record patient progress accurately
• Assist patients with daily activities and mobility support when required
• Educate patients and family members on care procedures and health management
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and reports
• Follow DHA / DOH / MOH healthcare regulations and standards
• Communicate effectively with doctors and care coordinators regarding patient status
• Ensure patient safety, hygiene, and infection control at all times

Requirements

• Valid DHA / DOH / MOH nursing license or eligibility
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience (Homecare experience preferred)
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Female candidates preferred (as per patient requirements, if applicable)
