Homeowners Community Manager

We are actively seeking an experienced, results-driven Community Association Manager who is motivated to grow with our company.

We proudly provide management services to homeowners, condominium, and townhouse associations across the Valley. Position Summary

This full-time role is responsible for fulfilling the terms of management agreements between the company and assigned community associations. The Community Manager will oversee a portfolio of associations, build strong relationships with Boards of Directors, and provide guidance, leadership, and operational oversight.

This position plays a key role in enhancing community value, ensuring compliance with governing documents, and promoting positive community relations. Managers are supported by a team of specialists, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional service to their boards and residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned community associations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Boards of Directors
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports, action item lists, and communications
  • Maintain accurate association records and files
  • Assist Boards with strategic planning and implementation of goals
  • Oversee vendors and contractors, including landscaping, maintenance, and repairs
  • Investigate and resolve violations, complaints, and community issues
  • Conduct regular property inspections and enforce governing documents
  • Prepare annual budgets and monitor financial performance
  • Review financial reports, delinquencies, and collections processes
  • Coordinate and attend Board and committee meetings, including agenda preparation
  • Respond to homeowner inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Handle emergencies, including after-hours response when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, governing documents, and regulations
  • Coordinate violation notices, hearings, and enforcement actions
  • Oversee contracts, insurance claims, and major projects
  • Serve as liaison between the Board, homeowners, vendors, and government agencies

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing homeowners associations
  • CAAM® and/or CMCA® designation preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, project management, and operations
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Willingness to complete industry certification (if not already obtained)

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time position (Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings/weekends for meetings)
  • Salary based on experience

Pay: $51,541.67 - $62,071.69 per year
