Job Description: Homoeopathic Pharmacist (Integrated Healing Role)

Position: Homoeopathic Pharmacist – Integrated Healing Associate
Location: Healing Temple – Dr. Arhat Homoeo Clinic Pitampura and Paschim vihar

Role Overview:

The Homoeopathic Pharmacist will be primarily responsible for medicine dispensing and inventory management, while actively learning and assisting in diet guidance and therapeutic yoga under the supervision of the doctor and senior team. This role is designed for candidates eager to grow into a holistic healthcare professional.

Roles & Responsibilities:A. Core Pharmacist Responsibilities:

• Dispense homoeopathic medicines strictly as per the doctor’s prescription.
• Ensure correct labeling, dosage instructions, and patient guidance.
• Maintain proper storage, hygiene, and organization of medicines.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and replacement needs.
• Maintain accurate medicine issue registers, purchase bills, and inventory records.
• Coordinate with clinic assistant and reception for smooth patient flow.
• Follow ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

B. Learning & Support in Diet and Nutrition:

• Assist in understanding basic therapeutic diet plans prescribed by the doctor/dietitian.
• Learn food guidelines for common lifestyle disorders (diabetes, obesity, PCOD, thyroid, gut issues, etc.).
• Help in explaining simple diet instructions to patients when guided.
• Maintain diet-related handouts and educational materials.

C. Learning & Support in Yoga Therapy:

• Observe and assist during therapeutic yoga sessions.
• Learn basic yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices.
• Support patient coordination for yoga batches (attendance, timing, safety).
• Gradually assist in sessions under supervision as skills develop.

D. Additional & Growth-Oriented Responsibilities:

• Willingness to adopt additional clinic roles as required (patient coordination, basic documentation, follow-ups).
• Participate in internal training modules and continuous learning programs.
• Maintain a cooperative attitude and support team harmony.
• Contribute to creating a calm, healing, and disciplined clinic environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualification in Homoeopathic Pharmacy (mandatory).
• Strong interest in holistic healing, nutrition, and yoga therapy.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple roles.
• Good communication and patient-handling skills.
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible work ethic.
• Long-term commitment preferred.
