Duties

• Prepare and assemble hookah setups according to health and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Serve guests with enthusiasm, providing detailed explanations of different flavors and options to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all hookah equipment, workstations, and surrounding areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests with a positive attitude.
• Restock supplies regularly to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Follow all safety protocols related to tobacco use regulations, and hospitality standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience in hookah service environments is highly preferred.
• Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills.
• Experience serving in lounges, event settings is advantageous.
• Knowledge of hookah preparation, hookah handling, and food safety practices within the hookah industry.
• Barista or hospitality experience that demonstrates attention to detail and guest engagement is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism.
