Position :- Shisha cum Waitress

Location :- Abu Dhabi

Job Description :-The Shisha cum Waitress is responsible for preparing and serving shisha (hookah) while also providing excellent food and beverage service to guests. This role requires strong customer service skills, knowledge of shisha preparation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Shisha Duties

• Prepare and set up shisha (hookah) according to company standards
• Manage coal heating, replacement, and proper maintenance during service
• Recommend shisha flavors and combinations to guests
• Monitor and maintain quality of shisha throughout the guest experience
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of shisha equipment

Service Duties (Waitress)

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food, beverages, and shisha promptly
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the service area
• Process bills and handle cash/POS transactions

General Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service

Requirements & Skills

• Previous experience in shisha preparation and/or restaurant service preferred
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of different shisha flavors and preparation techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance
• Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
