Hookah Attendant – City Garden at Secrets Cocktail Garden

Join the team at Secrets Cocktail Garden’s upscale second-floor lounge, City Garden, located in the heart of Jackson Ward. We are looking for energetic, polished, and hospitality-driven Hookah Attendants who thrive in high-energy nightlife environments and know how to create a premium guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality hookahs with proper presentation
• Manage coal rotation and maintain guest hookahs throughout service
• Keep all hookah stations and equipment clean and organized
• Assist guests with flavor selections and recommendations
• Work closely with the bar and floor team during peak hours
• Complete nightly cleaning and station reset procedures

Requirements:

• 2+ year of hookah or nightlife/lounge experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, upscale environment
• Must be available during operating hours:
• Must be 21+ years old
• Wednesday–Thursday: 4 PM–12 AMFriday–Saturday: 4 PM–2 AMSunday: 3 PM–10 PM

Pay: $18.00 per hour
