Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
• Assist with food handling, preparation, and bussing duties to support kitchen staff and maintain cleanliness
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
• Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage seating arrangements and waitlists effectively
• Maintain a lively atmosphere by engaging with guests in a fun, energetic manner consistent with brand standards

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as serving, bartending, or host/hostess positions preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable
• Culinary experience or fine dining background is a plus for understanding food presentation and handling standards
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize sales while enhancing guest enjoyment
• Experience in nightclub or entertainment settings can be advantageous for creating an energetic environment
• Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and accurate order processing
• Understanding of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
