Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HORECA Salesman to develop and manage sales within the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering (HORECA) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, expanding the customer base, and achieving sales targets while promoting the company’s products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HORECA sector (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies).
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and close sales.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum [2–5] years of relevant sales experience.
