Key Requirements – HORECA Sales Executive
- Experience: 2–4 years of proven sales experience in the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) or FMCG industry, particularly in food and beverage products.
- Driving License: Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
- Industry Expertise: Hands-on experience in the HORECA market, working closely with chefs, purchasing departments, hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.
- Age Range: Preferred age between 25 and 50 years.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local market, including key clients, suppliers, and distribution channels.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in English; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
- Sales Performance: Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Product Knowledge: Good understanding of food products, especially frozen food items.
- Availability: Immediate joiners will be given preference. (Optional based on requirement)
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software, MS Excel, and basic sales reporting tools.
