Role Overview

Responsible for driving sales growth and market presence within the UAE HORECA segment — including Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering Companies, and Institutional Clients. Ensures achievement of monthly sales targets, customer satisfaction, and smooth coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage HORECA client accounts across the UAE.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements in line with company policies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and suggest growth initiatives.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely payment collections.
  • Supervise and guide the field sales/merchandising team.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of HORECA or Food Service sales experience in the UAE (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of UAE market and customer dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

  • New Outlet Acquisition & Activation
  • Retention and Growth of Key Accounts
  • Payment Collection & Credit Control Discipline
  • Execution of Menu Placement / Visibility Agreements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • HORECA or Food Service sales: 2 years (Required)

Language:

  • Malayalam (Required)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (Required)
