The Sales Supervisor leads and supports the sales team to achieve targets and drive business performance. The role focuses on coaching and developing team members, monitoring sales results, and implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
The Sales Supervisor builds strong customer relationships, resolves escalated issues, and collaborates with management to support overall business objectives, while ensuring compliance with company policies and staying informed of market and industry trends.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

Coach, train, and develop sales team members to enhance performance and skills.

Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, implementing improvement actions when needed.

Develop and execute sales strategies, initiatives, and promotional activities.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.

Collaborate with management to set sales targets and support overall business goals.

Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner.

Conduct regular team meetings to communicate targets, updates, and sales plans.

Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

7 to 9 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HORECA or FMCG sector.

Strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills.

Presentable and Customer-Oriented.

Good command of English (spoken and written).

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Must be a Giza resident.
