Role Summary

We’re hiring a hands-on Horticulture Supervisor (Agricultural Engineer) to lead and elevate our premium garden maintenance operations. This is a field-based role responsible for plant health, irrigation performance, pruning standards, team supervision, and client satisfaction across villas and compounds in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance teams and ensure high-quality execution on site
• Diagnose plant health issues (irrigation, salinity, nutrients, pests/disease, heat stress)
• Manage irrigation inspections, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting (drip/sprinklers, timers, valves)
• Create and implement seasonal programs (fertilization, pruning, plant health monitoring)
• Conduct new-client garden audits (baseline photos, irrigation audit, plant condition assessment)
• Deliver simple client reporting and recommendations (what we did / what we found / next steps)
• Train gardeners and enforce SOPs, checklists, and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Agriculture Engineering / Horticulture / Agronomy (or equivalent)
• 3–7+ years landscaping maintenance experience (UAE/Dubai preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Dubai plants + irrigation systems + fertilization programs
• Comfortable with fieldwork, supervising crews, and client communication
• UAE driving license preferred
• Success Metrics (KPIs)
• High client retention and satisfaction
• Reduced plant mortality and fewer recurring issues
• On-time visits and consistent SOP execution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
