Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Engineer to manage and execute landscape design, construction, and maintenance works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site supervision, coordination with consultants and clients, preparing drawings and material submittals, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret landscape drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Supervise landscape construction works including softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and water features
• Prepare shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and as-built drawings
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure works are executed in compliance with approved drawings and project requirements
• Manage site teams and monitor daily progress of works
• Plan manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Prepare progress reports, work schedules, and cost control documents
• Attend site meetings and provide technical support

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Engineering, Agriculture Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscape projects in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, and planting works
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering software
• Familiarity with UAE authority standards and project approval procedures
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Preferred Skills

• UAE Driving License
• Experience with villas, commercial, and infrastructure landscape projects
• Knowledge of plant species suitable for the UAE climate
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
