Civil Engineer (G+1)

A Civil Engineer with a G+1 license will be responsible for overseeing the construction of buildings up to four stories, ensuring they adhere to design specifications, safety regulations, and local authority requirements. This role involves a combination of site supervision, project management, and technical expertise. We are a fitout company & all our Projects are mostly Shell & core.

Key Responsibilities

· Site Supervision:

Ensuring all civil works, including, concrete, and finishing, are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

· Project Management:

Managing subcontractors, coordinating with consultants and authorities, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely and within-budget completion.

· Technical Expertise:

Interpreting drawings, resolving technical issues, and providing solutions to challenges encountered on-site.

· Quality and Safety:

Enforcing strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, and ensuring the quality of work meets the required standards.

· Material Management:

Overseeing material procurement, site logistics, and equipment needs.

· Documentation:

Preparing and maintaining site reports, progress updates, and necessary documentation for approvals and inspections.

· Coordination:

Liaising with consultants, architects, and local authorities for inspections, approvals, and compliance with regulations.

· Compliance:

Ensuring all work complies with relevant building codes and regulations, including those set by Dubai Municipality.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Dubai Municipality (DM) G+1 license is a must
• Proven experience in building construction, particularly G+1 projects.
• Strong understanding of structural and architectural drawings.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate with various stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
