Business Development Manager – Renovation & Interior Projects

Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in renovation, interior design, and fit-out projects
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, brokers, consultants, and cold/warm calling
- Meet with clients to understand requirements, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat and referral business
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM or reporting tools
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3–7 years of proven experience in business development or sales within renovation, interior design, construction, or fit-out industry
- Strong understanding of interior works, renovation processes, materials, and costing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Strong network of contacts (developers, brokers, consultants, corporate clients) is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience preferred
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling residential and commercial interior projects
- Knowledge of BOQs, project costing, and basic drawings
- Results-driven mindset with strong closing ability
